Built by local artisan in 2010, this pretty house nestles in the beautiful Dordogne countryside surrounded by fields and forests. Just 4kms from the market town of Neuvic Sur L’isle with its chateau, bars, restaurants and all other amenities, including an English speaking doctor!
The house has 3 bedrooms, one on the ground floor with its own shower and bath and wc. The two bedrooms upstairs share a shower and wc and there is also an open area for an office or even another bedroom.

The mature garden around the house has shrubs and trees and a 10x4ft swimming pool with terrace and outdoor kitchen.
In addition there is also an potager and an attached field, that is constructible. Plus a copice wood which supplies wood for the wood burner. Other heating is supplied by electric underfloor heating downstairs and radiators upstairs.
The view from the south side of the house is straight across a field and woods where deer , hare and other animals come, and beautiful wild orchids grow in the spring and summer.
